• Never exceed the 330 lb (150 kg) total weight limit, including rider, passenger and cargo.
• Carry a child only in an approved child seat properly installed on the rear rack, and follow the seat maker's age and weight limits.
• All riders and passengers must wear an approved helmet.
• Heavy loads increase braking distance and affect steering. Ride slower and brake earlier when loaded.
• Provincial laws on carrying passengers on e-bikes vary. Check your local rules before carrying anyone.
