The Falcon Pro is a high-power electric off-road motorcycle, not a power-assisted bicycle. With a top speed of up to 90 km/h, it far exceeds Canada's e-bike limits (500W / 32 km/h). It is not legal to ride on public roads, bike lanes, sidewalks or public trails, and it is sold only for use on private property and designated off-road areas where it is permitted. Using it on public roads may require vehicle registration, a licence, insurance and safety equipment, and may be prohibited entirely in your province.

For experienced riders only. Riders should be 18 years or older and must wear full protective gear, including an approved motorcycle or off-road helmet, goggles, gloves, boots and body protection. Please check your local laws before riding.
